CrossFit Ireland is a school of fitness. Our aim is not only to teach you about fitness but also all areas of health, nutrition, stress and recovery.
Our program is designed to improve all areas of fitness – strength, stamina, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power, accuracy and co-ordination. We promote a healthy attitude to food and food choices, the result of this approach is looking and feeling incredible.
