Group Classes = Coached Sessions using the CrossFit methodology and our Workout of the Day.
Entry = Classes specifically for those who haven’t trained CrossFit before to bring them up to speed on the movements and training principals.
Nutrition = Talk on all aspects of diet and nutrition.
Olympic = Extra class for those who want to improve their Olympic Lifting technique.

Every Wednesday at 5pm, Colm trains as part of the group class. Every Saturday at 11am, Will trains as part of the group class. These are great opportunities for anyone who wants to step up their training just that little extra bit.
