Directions
From the M50 (Southbound)
- Take Junction 13, Marked Dundrum/Sandyford
- At the Roundabout, take the 3rd exit, towards Sandyford. This puts you on College Park Way.
- At the signal controlled roundabout, take the first left.
- Get into the right hand most lane. The Beacon Hotel will be on your right hand side.
- At the lights, turn right (onto Blackthorn Drive)
- Take the next right (onto Blackthorn Road)
- After approximately 300m, after the pedestrian crossing, turn left onto Corrig Road
- Take the first right onto Three Rock Road
- We’re at the end of the road, on the right hand side, next to Action Alarms.
From the M50 (Northbound)
- Exit at Junction 13, Marked Dundrum/Sandyford
- Take the third exit, turning right.
- Get into the right hand most lane. The Beacon Hotel will be on your right hand side.
- At the lights, turn right (onto Blackthorn Drive)
- Take the next right (onto Blackthorn Road)
- After approximately 300m, after the pedestrian crossing, turn left onto Corrig Road
- Take the first right onto Three Rock Road
- We’re at the end of the road, on the right hand side, next to Action Alarms.
From the N11
- Turn onto the Leopardstown Road.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit, towards Sandyford Industrial Estate
- Continue through the lights, into the right hand lane.
- At the T-Junction, take the right, and move into the left hand lane
- Take the next left, towards the Londis. This puts you on Carmanhall Road
- Take the next left, Raven’s Rock Road
- At the next T-Junction, take the next left onto Three Rock Road.
- We are at the end on the right.
Public Transport
- The Luas (Green Line) is your fastest way to get to Sandyford.
- Alight at the Stillorgan stop (second last stop) and walk into the Industrial Estate
- Walk along the path with the Luas line on your left hand side until you can turn right up Ballymoss Road
- At the T-Junction, turn left onto Carmanhall Road.
- Turn right onto Ravens Rock Road
- Turn left onto Three Rock Road. You should see Kelliher’s Electrical in front of you. We’re at the end of the road on the Right Hand Side.
- On Dublin Bus the 5, 44n, 46B, 75, 114 all travel through Sandyford Industrial Estate. More information available here on the Dublin Bus website
