Still buzzing from the CFI Team Throwdown? Want to test yourself again and see how far your training has come on? Invitational 8 is coming up fast! Saturday, September 24th will see the much loved Invitational back in action.

The aim of the Invitational is, and always has been, to involve as many people as possible and raise the game of everyone who trains for, or with athletes taking part in this one day event! i7 introduced a brand new ‘Round by Round’ scoring system, which helps people stay competitive even if they need to scale. And also, thanks to our good friends in Prodata, we had live updates of the scores throughout the day.

i8 promises more fun, fresher challenging workouts and the usual craic you’ve come to expect from CFI.
