GETTING STARTED
By doing 3-4 sessions per week and following Will’s nutritional advice I have lost 16kg and I am so much happier in myself. Although in the beginning all I was searching for was something to help me lose weight, I am now also fitter and stronger than I have ever been in my life. I recently competed in the CrossFit Invitational, which was something I could have never envisaged when I started out on this journey. To begin your training at CrossFit Ireland is with an INTRO session. These are by appointment only – call us to schedule at (01) 206-3669.
Our INTRO session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. It’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.
PERSONAL TRAINING
This is where you will work with your trainer to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements. You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:
- Weight loss and improved body composition
- Extra accountability
- You have generally been sedentary
- You are new to exercise
- You are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor
- You have specific performance oriented goals
- You have significant health or orthopedic issues
Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. Following your initial sessions you may then choose to continue with private training or progress into our group classes.
