Flexibility and Mobility are two of the biggest things which keep people from reaching their health goals and hinders your potential as an athlete.
While certain facets of fitness like skill, speed and strength can take months and years to develop, the issues of mobility are very often easier and quicker to solve. In the Mobility Workshop you’ll learn:
- How to warm up thoroughly for weights training or any sports activity
- How to identify tight areas in the body
- How to stretch for maximum effect
- How to foam roll, and why to use it
Our last mobility workshop was very well received, and our next one will take place on Saturday, October 1st, at 12 noon.
The workshop will take 90 minutes and will cost €100, which includes the durable Grid Foam Roller (normal RRP of €50) for you to take home at the end of it.
