It’s my birthday on July 4th, and we like to do thing differently here at CFI, so we’d like to give you guys a little gift to say thanks for the year.

We’re offering a free one hour course on how to work out at home.

We know a lot of you travel with work, and sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t make it down to CFI to be coach. When this happens, you want to be able to do a workout at home that’s short, doesn’t require a lot of equipment and is effective.

The one-hour workshop will cover Air Squats, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Lunges, Burpees, and also how best to combine these exercises into different routines and workouts depending on your time and your goals for the session.

This is predominantly aimed at Novice and Intermediate athletes and is also a great chance for you to dial in on some of the foundational movements of CrossFit.

The workshop is taking place on Saturday, July 3rd at 12pm.

Spaces are limited so if you are interested and can make the day please let us know as soon as you can.
