Bring A Friend Day

We know that many of you have been burning the ears off your friends telling them how great CrossFit Ireland is. Now you’ll have the chance to bring a friend down and show them what you get up to here at the Institute of Awesomeness.

On Saturday, August 28th, we’ll bring you and your friend through a CrossFit class, where we’ll teach them a little bit about CrossFit Ireland, you’ll help them learn new exercise technique, and then together you and your friend will go through a metcon.

The metcon will be a partner style workout, moving from station to station, completing 50 reps of the following:

Row (Cal)
Push Presses
Sit Ups
Push Ups
Wall Balls

If you have a friend who is interested in joining you for an hour down in CrossFit Ireland, please let us know by emailing us, or telling your coach at the end of the next class.

If demand is high enough, we will split the bring a friend day into two sessions. If you have a preference for either 10am or 11am, please let us know.
