As a team of two, complete the following in sequence. Each partner should do 5 reps before the other takes over.

50 Calorie Row
50 Push Presses
50 Sit Ups
50 Push Ups
50 Wall Ball shots

The team camaraderie really comes true when everyone has to tackle a workout like Hell-In.

  3. Did yesterday’s Krazyball Komplex. I don’t have a 20kg ball so used 24kg
    10 rounds +deads +cleans
