  1. That is deadly… Heard about it at the 5K challenge but even better in real life.

  2. Im not sure if I am on my own on this one but my legs wont work today after Fran. God my recovery has a long way to go!!

  3. I avoided yesterdays workout cause the running was not an option as a result of Fran. Now there’s even more running today. This vexes me. I’m terribly vexed.

  4. We are going to have to start calling Louise “The Situation” if this keeps up.

  5. I had some fran induced ‘quad domage’ going on but a bit of stretching, foam rolling and getting back on the horse is your only man.

  6. Nice one Louise.

Cold and flu are keeping me away this week from CFI. Hate missing the classes. Recovering but let’s see if overdosing myself with drugs will help me make it tonight! :(

  7. active recovery is the name of the game for getting rid of fran for me- i think a bit of running is just what the doctor ordered

  8. Went to class last night to get over FRAN and feel so much worse…i mean better. Really i do! Some good old foam rolling for the lats and running to stretch the legs. So happy i’m not around today for all you 400m fans ….enjoy

  9. right this isn’t funny….i have a serious case of doms. My arms seemed to have set with a rigid 90 degree angle at the elbow and will not move….it looks very odd and feels extremely sore

  10. Yep cheers for the link Will, I’m going to send in an order to Fruit Fellas on Monday, looking forward to seeing what their stuff is like.

  11. Louise,

We’ve a bunch of vit-d up in CFI if you don’t want to wait for any?

If you’re in post Fran doom a bit of light jogging is an option guys.

  12. Cheers Will / Colm – Went for a 5k jog and felt good but now the arms are still stiff
I feel like a quick dip in the 40ft tonight to loosen up everything…..Louise does that top come in fuchsia as that’s more my colour!
