That barefoot vid was really good, I’d looked at some on POSE running before but they weren’t very easy to grasp, that one was very well done. Whats the opinion of the Evo shoes versus the Vibrams……..same or does the toe separation make a big diff?
That’s a great video. Now I know the need for balance of muscle actions and elasticity + good posture!
