Okay so 90kg power cleans sound fun fun but then there’s those handstand pushups. Tried them yesterday and got about an inch of movement. How do we scale them?

Wouldn’t it be cool if we lived in a world where some thoughtful crossfit coaches had made a video guide to scaling handstand pushups a few weeks back and posted it on the blog Aidan?
