  4. For any of you undecided on doing the paleo challenge, I started the “whole 30″ ten days ago and it’s a lot easier than I thought it would be.
    Once you get past what you can’t have and stop thinking of it as giving stuff up, there’s some proper tasty grub to be had.
    I’m also seeing numbers on the scales that haven’t been seen since the latter part of the 20th century.

    Nice work from everyone by the looks of those scores, my trap muscle is feeling a lot better so I’ll hope to be back by Friday.
