Hey guys only a few more days to sign up for the paleo challenge: http://crossfit.ie/events/paleo-challenge/
We have 5 names so far, the girls are putting all the guys to shame
For any of you undecided on doing the paleo challenge, I started the “whole 30″ ten days ago and it’s a lot easier than I thought it would be.
Once you get past what you can’t have and stop thinking of it as giving stuff up, there’s some proper tasty grub to be had.
I’m also seeing numbers on the scales that haven’t been seen since the latter part of the 20th century.
Where does cheese figure in the paleo diet? I can’t imagine it being hunted or gathered much.
I think you’ve answered your own question there Arlene.
I’ve got these cheese burgers maaaaaannn…..

You can count me in for the Paleo challenge as well, I’ve started a 40-day challenge a while back but I’ll link it up with the 30-day challenge to end at the same time.
Nice work from everyone by the looks of those scores, my trap muscle is feeling a lot better so I’ll hope to be back by Friday.
