Burnout: Is it happening to you? – EliteTrack.com

Good challenge, I’m going to do in September with members of my own gym. In August I will be too busy stuffing my face with all sorts of insulin-raising agents on holidays.
That burnout article really struck a chord with me, I felt exactly like that in January and February of this year, completely gave up on the diet and regular Crossfit, just lost all energy and motivation. Finally getting back on track now but have a long way to go to get back to where I was. Good article, cheers for linking.
