No weight for overhead lunges if memory serves me correct.

I remember this now. It’s the toughest workout I’ve even endured. After yesterdays workout this is going to be a painfest, pest.
Not gonna lie, this has given me the fear, ah well roll on 5.30
I’d love to do this but alas I am going trampolining instead. Watching me perform will no doubt be like watching poetry in motion.

There are many, many more unpleasant workouts than this.
I agree with Will, this is a fun WOD. Ed is also correct, it only gets bad during the burpees. I’m heading to see Inception at 5:30, yessssssss!, so I’m going to try and do a bastardized version at home with a kettlebell for the push presses.
Maybe you should get 1 of these in next week Will, just so it’s close enough to compare.

i spent ages un-knotting the skipping rope. i calculate that this was worth approximately 48 double unders.
30:04s for the full FF, except 6Kg Wall Ball and 150 Single unders instead of DU;s. What a fun workout….
