I’ll be up tonight, but I’m not sure how much of anything I’ll be able for. I’m trying to isolate a muscle group that does not feel like it had been steam-rolled and failing miserably.

I was thinking of following Rip’s advice from here http://startingstrength.com/resources/forum/showthread.php?t=7351 (wfs) to rehab my hamstring, starting tomorrow/Friday. What would your thoughts be on this? I’d also throw in some stretching, mobility work as pain dictates.
