  3. Thanks Simon,

We’re actually looking to put together a little video for the homepage by our members. If anyone would like to be part of it please let us know. We’ll be asking you:

Why you started with CrossFit Ireland?
    Why you train with us?
What’s your favourite part of training? (Coaches? Workouts? Community? Results?)
What have you achieved to date? What did you do that when you started you thought was impossible?

    Thanks

  4. Hi Guys,

AB’s team for Saturdays big match was announced today.
Two thirds of the AB front row are crossfitters.

Just thought you would like to know.

  5. Currently fighting with myself as to whether to go tonight or not……..hating the running……can’t run 100m at the mo never mind 400m!!

  6. Nickie,

Come on up anyway, we doubt there’ll be running in this condition.

    Cormac,

Thanks for the heads up. Reckon Ireland will get trashed in the Summer tour tbh. Hoping I’m wrong though!

  7. Surely, crossfitters wouldn’t be perturbed by a little bit of rain now would they?

  9. Nickie I did not lie. I doubted there’d be running. On a late pitch inspection we found it was safe to do so, so running it was.
