  1. First time encountering both WoDs. Anyone else not looking forward to these two back to back!!

  2. I was chatting to Pat last night and he said he’d never done Amy before. Looking at the leaderboard this morning it turns out he holds the record for it at 7:12.

He also holds the record for Eve at 7:59

  3. Pat ‘oh I have the record in that? I didn’t realise’ Crowley. Got my eye on you!

  4. Hmmm, must be my brain blocking out the pain since I couldn’t remember it. Eve is tough, I’ll give it that. That feeling of nausea afterwards is just awesome, not! Go hard until the 5′s gets easy after that :P

  5. David,

There’s a running joke around CFI at the moment that doing workouts at Rx+ is where it’s at for 2010. Doing a workout at Rx+ is doing it at a heavier than prescribed weight.

In the original “Eve”, the weight was 60Kg, but some goading and bragging meant a few guys did it at 70Kg, so 70Kg became the unofficial official weight for this workout.

    If that makes any sense?

-Rx’d is just a suggestion. Some of us prefer to self medicate.

  8. Eve 9.17 at 70kg, hadnt done a clean let alone at 70kg in months. Ten minute rest then 6.10 for Amy. Was a little tired from the morning workout.

  9. First time for both Eve and Amy at 13ish and 10.46. Normally my cleans would be pretty good but started to tank on 70k so sacrificed it to keep form and left it at 60k. Rx’d+? Hardcore! you folks are nutty!!
