    Hope you enjoyed the Easter break and didn’t eat too many Easter eggs :-)

    Love the new schedule. Love that there is an advanced class (all be it that I am probably very rusty at the mo but trying to practice some technique when I can), but it was my continuous gripe with other gyms that they didn’t cater for people who had got themselves fit. Great stuff.

  3. Good article on the Paleo diet.
    Interesting about the whole grains too.

    Didn’t get any training in today. Managed to get serious cramp while surfing Sunday. Calves still pretty tender today, bit of a limp. Fun times though.

    I’ll need to sort something for Tuesdays and Thursdays as the Intermediate times don’t suit.
