  1. Started off with shoulder press (terrible bar set and not wide enough for OHS) and did (5) up to 40kg. Only on the last of the 40s was i feeling tempted to dip/drive the bar.

    WOD:
    10 rounds (+ 2 press ups)

Today for me is cheat day, my 40 days is well up at this stage as I started a couple of days before lent therefore I shall be skipping the WOD today as large amounts of sugar combined with a Crossfit WOD would definitely result in Pukie making a visit! As far as I know Lisa has finished her 40 days as well, so congratulations Lisa and hope you’re enjoying your Easter egg, well deserved, you’re definitely living up to your award from last year!
