		<description>Yup, running was a total shock for me! Wish I&#039;d remembered to tie my bloody shoelaces beforehand though.. runners falling of your feet the whole time doesn&#039;t help matters at all at all. D&#039;oh! 

Managed to lose my swipe card today.. any chance I could get a new one if it doesn&#039;t turn up? Hopefully it&#039;s in the changing room! Sorry! Do I have to do 20 burpees as punishment?</description>
