  1. Running was a bit of shock to the system on rounds 2 and 3 having not ran in two months but I liked it in a ‘I hate myself’ kind of way.

    My knee is wrecked again though back to how it was before I had it worked on. GRGR. I’m going to foam roll it now and hopefully that frees it out a bit and I’ll be getting it looked at again later in the week.

  2. Yup, running was a total shock for me! Wish I’d remembered to tie my bloody shoelaces beforehand though.. runners falling of your feet the whole time doesn’t help matters at all at all. D’oh!

    Managed to lose my swipe card today.. any chance I could get a new one if it doesn’t turn up? Hopefully it’s in the changing room! Sorry! Do I have to do 20 burpees as punishment?

  3. Running was unusual for me all right. 2nd time this year.
    Can’t wait for the associated muscle pain tomorrow.
    Better bring on more running so I dont get outa practice again.

  4. i didn’t think i would but i really enjoyed the return to running. can’t wait to see the scores (i missed rounds 2+3 of the tony/eamo/david battle)
