There was a lot of cussin from Jimminy yesterday alright. Eamonn was pretty solid at this throughout, would like to see him attempt it chalkless sometime.
David did the first drop behind the head press I’d ever seen,which scared me a bit but he was fine. Didn’t see Pat’s effort but the competition is definitely there!
Aidan kicked ass at this at 30Kg, who would have thought consistency and diet would see such fast gains, watch out for this dude!
Alan suffered on the presses which gave him ample opportunity to get power clean practice in. Roger put in a good performance too, spotted by Dave S and Tony E. Good times.
