  1. “enough thrusters”?

I think none of the damn things would be “enough”. Might have a different opinion if I wasn’t about to do this damn workout though…

  2. Thrusters are a bastardisation of the front squat and push press if you ask me. Hate the awkward bastards!! 50 with just the bar aint too bad though. Suck it up!

  3. Great articles on injury recovery! I should have followed that protocol when I injured myself at Christmas.

Regarding the WOD this was a blast the last time. Should be a good one!

  4. 4 of those minutes were spent on the rower, I’d sincerely hope someone beats that.

  5. Thanks to Pixie,Colm,Rob,Pat & lisa for helping me push through the pull-up’s on tonights wod managed to beat my previous time on this. Without the support I think I would have just sandbagged it!

  6. So in essence Paddy you’re really saying that in order to finish this WOD in a better time you required… A kick up the arse!!! Most appropriate award ever!! :) Stellar work on the pull ups dude, it really showed on your face that you were putting everything you had into them, great work!
