    I used to run through Cabinteely Park. Heard they’ve added a lake as well so that should add to the spectacle. College for me so I’ll map a route around my area that is 5km.

    I can’t see the video at work, but will have a look later. I’m not sure about the running, I usually try to avoid running distances > 200m. Will the Oly lifting class still be on?

    Pixie has very kindly sent on a bunch of recipes for you to enjoy. They’re predominanty Paleo according to him, with the exception of cider and wine used in a few recipes.

    I’ve only uploaded the beef ones at the moment, but will get to all the others over the course of the day.

    Ill map a 5km run-walk round donnybrook for Sat for myself and see how I get on.
