  4. I managed to rope in my sister for a garden-based modified version of Friday’s WOD
50 garden bench jumps (18 inch)
50 climbing frame jumping pull ups
    50 push ups
    50 walking lunges
50 knees to as high as possible
    50 back extensions
50 wall balls (football not medicine ball)
    50 burpees
150 single unders (world’s worst skipping rope)

    Louise: 27.00
    Sally-Ann: 29.37
When she’s over for Eastter I might try to drag her up for a workout.

  5. and 4mins off from you Pat. nice work all round dudes. pity i missed this one. i’ll be avoiding using my hands for a while me thinks, tore up pretty bad.

  6. ya. it was angie that really opened em up. they were probably weak since the invitational. knees to elbows just re-opened the angie tears.

  7. Re the above quote and question:
My peers at crossfit have completely reversed my thinking on nutrition and thought me that having “real-measurable-goals” not just “body comp goals” will allow me to achieve much more than i ever did before.

Also it’s opened my eyes to intensity that i never knew before crossfit. I always pushed myself hard but crossfitting has really made me aware of what is really required if i am to achieve the goals i seek.
