150 single unders (world’s worst skipping rope)

ya. it was angie that really opened em up. they were probably weak since the invitational. knees to elbows just re-opened the angie tears.
Re the above quote and question:
My peers at crossfit have completely reversed my thinking on nutrition and thought me that having “real-measurable-goals” not just “body comp goals” will allow me to achieve much more than i ever did before.
Also it’s opened my eyes to intensity that i never knew before crossfit. I always pushed myself hard but crossfitting has really made me aware of what is really required if i am to achieve the goals i seek.
