		<description>Guys quick reminder, there&#039;s roadworks scheduled for tomorrow so you probably will not have car access to CrossFit Ireland.

On Street parking is free on Saturdays so you&#039;ll have to park there and walk in.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve adjusted my diet to cut down on potentially bad stuff, although I&#039;d say there&#039;s still some snags in there. I feel better though, especially just after crossfit, tired but not drained for too long, especially If I get a steak into me ;)

An easy enough diet to maintain.</description>
