Arms not fully recovered from Angie and the ring dips yesterday, this could be a nasty day for me.
This seemed to have come up recently enough any link to the previous times coach?
Ye my arms don’t crave too much lifting but they’ll do what they’re told. My 2nd experience of kettlebell swings…
