  1. Played with an AMRAP today as the post Angie team were cut up, plus Dominic was down and has conquered the double under.

  3. For anyone doing the 40 day diet challenge;

    So I was having my lunch today before rushing off with my kids to my mothers, lunch consisted of eating a cold chicken breast out of some tin foil and munching down some apples alternating bites. One the way out I realised i was light on fat blocks so ran back into the kitchen and took a swig of olive oil out of the bottle. My wife observed this and said ” the way you eat is an insult to every chef that ever lived”
