In other news Eve was up today for her last session before heading off to Germany for new adventures. All the best Eve and don’t forget us, it’s been a blast training with you, you will be missed
For anyone doing the 40 day diet challenge;
So I was having my lunch today before rushing off with my kids to my mothers, lunch consisted of eating a cold chicken breast out of some tin foil and munching down some apples alternating bites. One the way out I realised i was light on fat blocks so ran back into the kitchen and took a swig of olive oil out of the bottle. My wife observed this and said ” the way you eat is an insult to every chef that ever lived”
