Ha, max hight box jumps on sat was funny, this WoD would be fun…..lots of standing around being psyched out by the height of the box!

Interesting wod we’ve to do today too. I can do 24kg snatches with my right hand. I’m not sure about my left I’m less coordinated there.
It will be interesting alright to see the difference in the snatch on each arm.
Tony do you have any spare fish oil still?
what weight you supposed to use on the snatch?
Will reckons 32Kg is a nice number for you.
Since they’re low reps i’d say pretty heavy???

not sure of the time exactly but looks like sub 2.40mins with a 30kg dumbbell as did not have a 32kg kettlebell. Pullups a pain in the butt on that bar also.

That bar doesn’t look like fun at all. I’d say you’d get 2:20 down with our bars alright. Nice work man.
every time i do pull ups quickly i pretty much have to put all the weight we have on the rack to hold it down also!
