Why I Am A Weightlifter – Barry Kinsella

Like the two articles today. I loved watching Sprinting & Weightlifting at the olympics when I was younger. More now that I’m more clued in on the mechanics of it all and really understand how godamn unbelieveable the athletes are.
“Many people will have excuses as to why they cannot change. Remember: the beliefs which have lead you to where you are today are not the same as those which will lead you to where you wish to go. If you are ready to make a change in your health, then now is the time to start. Choice, not chance, will determine your destiny. Diet changes can be fun, creative, and uniquely rewarding or they can be painfully boring and relatively unproductive. The choice is yours.”
