First Burpees in a while, not so much fun.
Very good article today, Really enjoyed it.The only part I would not be sure about is IF.Is that really healthy for a body.Is it like a mini detox.
Scotty,
Will would be better equipped to answer about IF, but as suggested in the article, it’s once you’ve moved on the paleo/primal eating and lifestyle that you experiment with it.
From an evolutionary standpoint, or what I understand of it, we would have had to go for large stretches without food anyway.
How’s the Vit D working out? Are you tightening up that diet enough as it is?
I’m interested in the ol IF myself, have been researching it for the last couple of weeks, going to kick back into WAM Zone/Paleo for a couple of weeks then might start experimenting with it.
Article mentions sprints been a while since this came up in the gym. Did you get an area measured for running in Sandyford yet Colm?
Hi Paddy,
We’re waiting on repairs to the potholes outside the premises before we re-introduce runs. The area has been marked and we believe it’s getting repaired this weekend.
I’m just back from marking out 50,100,150 and 200m from the roller door so we’ll be able to incorporate a good few runs in the next few weeks.
Running…..sweet!!!
