Workout of the Day:
Clean & Jerk Bleep Test, 60Kg

In this workout you perform one Clean & Jerk (C&J) in the first minute, two C&Js in the second minute, three in the third minute, etc. You continue until you are no longer able to complete the required repetitions in that minute.

  1. Garv I would def be interested. I was really good early January but that new years resolution feeling has waned a bit now so I think this would be a really good idea.

  2. I like this approach. It isn’t nearly as intense as others I have seen and appears to be going for small changes over time which I think is more sustainable than huge changes quickly. Another good resourse or decent idea for structuring a Paleo challenge is from CFCM.
