  1. Anybody ever buy any of Rutherford’s stuff? I’m curious about the dumbbell moves and MEBB but not sure how much info is there that you can’t get from other sources.

  2. Great stretching technique in the ‘how to get a better rack position’ article.

    I was on the foam roller for about 15 mins last night and the back is fine today, just slightly stiff when I stretch. Its very useful having the roller at home.

  4. nice, easy, post invitational session today, double mobility and no strength work followed by the metcon with an unloaded bar.

    anyone who’s still resting off i highly suggest(from my own experience today) that you get up and do something, even if it’s really light.
