Individualised Programming

As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes of:
5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Presses
5 Overhead Squats

You may use a 40Kg Barbell, a 20Kg Dumbbell, or a Kettlebell for this workout. If using the dumbbell or kettlebell swap hands each set.

  1. Got a call from DHL this morning looking for directions to my house. Since I don’t remember ordering anything else it must be the fish oil. That was quick. I have an extra 2 bottles if anyone else wants some.
