1 Minute Knees to Elbows
1 Minute Wall Balls
1 Minute Rest

Today is particularly tough, as the muscles/movements of the first workout are used again in the second. Make sure you eat plenty, stretch out, and get adequate sleep after today’s session.

  1. You guys might want to congratulate Colm, I believe he took third place in the advanced division of the Informed Performance NoGi Open (submission wrestling or brazillian jiu jitsu without a kimonon, basically).

    With any luck there is footage, I hear there was a flying armbar…

  3. Feeling pretty good, didn’t hit all the metcons this week, but didn’t feel to bad after the ones i did, good food and lots of rest helps!!

  4. didn’t do them all but really enjoyed it!

    interestingly i started experimenting with IF ths week and the the day we did the 2k row i hadnt eaten since dinner time the previous day, my performance and energy levels were way up on what the have been of late.

    i know one workout isn’t enough to go drawing conclusions from but i’ll keep going and let ye know how it’s going.
