With any luck there is footage, I hear there was a flying armbar…
Well done Colm.

How’s everyone feeling today after double metcon week?
Feeling pretty good, didn’t hit all the metcons this week, but didn’t feel to bad after the ones i did, good food and lots of rest helps!!
I feel like not doing it again
I obviously wasn’t working hard enough, I’m grand!
didn’t do them all but really enjoyed it!
interestingly i started experimenting with IF ths week and the the day we did the 2k row i hadnt eaten since dinner time the previous day, my performance and energy levels were way up on what the have been of late.
i know one workout isn’t enough to go drawing conclusions from but i’ll keep going and let ye know how it’s going.
