3. I love the way Franley makes regular appearances now. It’s been ages since I tackled it. Will probably give it a shot next week. No metcons for me tonight. Just;

   Power snatch: 87% 3×2, 82% 3×2
   SLDL: 150kg 2×5
   Pull Ups: bodyweight +15kg 10×3
   Incline Bench 85kg 2×5
   Pulldown Abs: 2×5

   A nice easy session to look forward too

4. Interesting first wod. Annoying thing about it is having to choose between runners or weightlifting shoes. I hate lifting in runners and DU’s are too harsh on the joints in shoes. One of the many problems I ponder about at work on a daily basis. My life is hard.

5. lads since my shoulder is still strapped, i can do little or no training so if you need a hand on the day i’m more then happy to help out

6. I meant to say it when I called down to the gym the other night but count me in for helping out if ya need me. I’ll be down with Ames that day so I’ll be there all day if you need me for refereeing or just basic lugging heavy objects. I’ll take my payment in milk.

   Oh and I found my official’s (knacker’s) cap from last time so don’t worry about me not looking the part.
