12 o’clock class done, fun workout!
Guys, people were suggesting zinc oxide tape for strapping my hands up to protect a tear yesterday, anyone know of a chemist in the Grafton Street area that sells it? I tried Boots in the green, but no joy.
I think there’s a medical supply type place on Auinger Street, anyone know if that’d have it/if it’s still open??
James, just any old stuff will do. Most athletic tape is zinc oxide or similar. Let’s face it, half way into a metcon the tape will tear off and you’ll just soldier on.
Advice would be to work around for a few days, give it a chance to heal.
A small drop of super glue on the callous tear worked well for me. Goes hard and acts like a hard layer of skin
