    And re: The WOD – Haaaaaaate to be doing this. You guys are gonna be in so much pain! I’ve a date with Helen to look forward to. 9 minutes 13 seconds is my PR from 3 months ago.. sub 9 here I come! (I hope)

  2. Just to clarify guys, there’s group classes each night at 6pm and 8pm. With the bigger space we can now run two classes at the same time.

    Will is currently experimenting with it, as it provides quite a departure from the way he normally trains.

    I like the article because I like Dan’s style of “look, don’t overcomplicate things”. And I think it’s important we look at articles that don’t come from inside the CrossFit world.
