I&#039;m thinking about 50% of my 1rm x8 and a 400m sprint, 3 rounds, unlimited rest between rounds. Sound reasonable?</description>

		<description>Wrecked this morn. My poor aul legs. Did some training over Christmas, but I&#039;d forgotten how really tired I get from trying to lift as much weight as I possibly can from the ground or throw over my head :-) Thankfully, rest day today.</description>
