Wrecked this morn. My poor aul legs. Did some training over Christmas, but I’d forgotten how really tired I get from trying to lift as much weight as I possibly can from the ground or throw over my head
Thankfully, rest day today.
Pretty tired as well today. Today isn’t a rest day but globo gym day. Benchin’ maybe a spot of chinnin’ certainly no legs.

Hello everyone, real sorry to say I will not be able to get over for the Feb 6th Invitational, would of been great to see everyone again. Trying to save my money for the trip to Sweden for the regional.

I’m thinking about 50% of my 1rm x8 and a 400m sprint, 3 rounds, unlimited rest between rounds. Sound reasonable?

Hey Garv. Didn’t do any deadlifts in the end. I did some work on my snatch balance instead. Concentrating on that for a few weeks.
