  1. I want to improve my thrusters but not by actually doing them….should be fun for the first 3 rounds!

  2. Registration is open! Woah, this has just made the Invitational feel a lot lot closer.

  3. Finally finished all those damn college assignments, so I’ll be back down this evening, looking forward to it, although maybe not the thrusters!

  4. 8 rounds on the thruster thing, which is worrying! Wrist and shoulders started getting pissy and my ovaries started playing up so bailed on it.

  5. Predicting similar ovary trouble later. First day back at work and I’m wrecked. FML.

  8. Thought I had beaten Tony so was like fuck it, I don’t need to keep going…Dam! Still, not sure if I could’ve if I wanted too!
