Workout of the Day:
Inidividualised Programming
then
Thruster Bleep Test.
With a continuously running clock perform one thruster the first minute, two in the second minute, three in the third minute, etc. Use as many sets as necessary to complete the reps necessary. Weight for the Thruster is 45Kg.
Post minutes completed to comments.

Thanks from Tom, Will and Colm for the truly awesome gift of a Clock Gone Bad. Now just remember to keep your knees out and chest up!

Register for February’s Invitational

Thruster Bleep Test, ugh.
cheers for the link and still doubtful over feb invite so far. All the best
I want to improve my thrusters but not by actually doing them….should be fun for the first 3 rounds!
Registration is open! Woah, this has just made the Invitational feel a lot lot closer.
Finally finished all those damn college assignments, so I’ll be back down this evening, looking forward to it, although maybe not the thrusters!
8 rounds on the thruster thing, which is worrying! Wrist and shoulders started getting pissy and my ovaries started playing up so bailed on it.
Predicting similar ovary trouble later. First day back at work and I’m wrecked. FML.
