  1. Vindicated! double unders on yer mans list. I think they are a good skill to have that improves athleticism. I’m up to 38 seconds continuously now. Taking a break from further efforts today due to a bit of the doom.

“Under 15 percent body fat” damn you project hugening! damn you!!

  2. Also, the first article is a bit silly and seems to neglect the fact that you can get away with a lot more than people think. “Oh I won’t start doing muscleups and gaming workouts because I’ve been on the razz the last three nights, don’t take fish oil, don’t sleep in a fully darkened room and went to vegas. Granted most of this is under the control of the individual but it doesn’t mean that you should drop everything and stop trying to do beneficial things when subject to sub-optimal conditions.

  3. Eve – 30Kg BS, 7/6Push Ups (9.5Kg/pink-green band)
    Louise – 50Kg BS, 6/4Snatches
    Tony – 95Kg BS, 11/4Push Ups
    Jimminy – GMA, 5/3Push Ups
    James – 45Kg Press, 3/2Snatches

  4. Thanks Garv, very much technique based metcon, it’s much more difficult when trying to stabilise the weight and losing it, also heartbreaking I’d imagine. The practice even at low weight and high reps really helps, if nothing else gives you confidence
