yarr I slept in. I’ll train my hand eye coordination this morning instead playing cod modern warfare.
Did the ‘at home’ work out. Tough one for the girlies with all those press-ups. Added up the total but not going to post as it might put the girlies off doing it
Anyways, did it in 35:31. I am sure quite slow, but hey ! I got off my blobby mince pie and selection box eating bum and did it
Not sure if we will make Wednesday as it’s Rob’s birthday.
Sue made me feel guilthy so I did the ‘at home’ wod. 30:13. Pushups were actually better than usual with the recent benching but my situps were god awful, slow as hell. I’m glad no one was around to see me do those. The road back as begun.
