Another Christmas Surprise
We’re delighted to announce that we’ve signed a lease and gotten keys to our new home!
Located here, this facility has a reception, offices, toilets, changing rooms and chill out area included, and also about 3000 square feet of usable workout space!
Once again we’d like to thank you all for being so patient while we worked out this move, dealing with all the fun of leases, landlords and solicitors hasn’t been fun but we think it’s worth it to get you guys a great facility you deserve!

We will be getting things ready over Christmas but are not setting a date yet as we have quiet a bit to do.
We will be in asap though, between ligthing and general tidying we have a bit to do.

I will be there on 26th late evening and pretty much everyday after that doing bits, the lads will still be coaching all the hangovers out of you guys up in Tallaght aswell.

I was thinking that we all could turn up on a day over the holidays and give you a dig out in terms of tidying up or moving gear etc. If anyone else has some free time to do the same post your names up and we’ll organise a date and time to do it.
Well done to the Christmas Eve bunch for training, Sarah, Special K, Jimminy and Jeff. Poor Jimminy and Jeff suffered Fran whilst the rest of us did the 150 burpees. Oh and not to forget Coach Hung over.

nor here. If you had of divided the total reps by 10. Then divided that into 3 rounds with rest periods inbetween. Then changed the exercise from burpees to the bench I just might have done it.
