    I had problems with the form before i went away so i’ll play around with it this evening and hopefully sort it out so we can vote tmrw.

  4. Right, I’m going to bite the bullet and get a pullup bar for my gaff, anyone bought one before? How do the likes of Argos’ offerings hold up just for deadhang pullups? I wouldn’t be comfortable kipping on anything I would construct :P

  5. Argos bars are good. When I take over, every home shall have one. not great for kipping mind but that’s a lot to do with the height you can have it at and your doorway integrity. They can take reasonable weight too (had me+40kgs on one with no sign of impending unreasonableness). Irish lifting ones are ok too, had the same amount of weight and have kipped a bit on them too with no disasterous effects.

  6. I bought some fatpants there to tide me over for the next month. I can see now how people can convince themselves they are not getting fat. I feel small again and need a belt :P

  7. The one in our house has held up to serious abuse, guys over 100kg swinging off it and whatnot – some of them drunk. I’ll ask Amy what make it is.

  8. damn, this looks like an enjoyable WOD, can’t train today cos somebody bruised my ribs for me on saturday so i’m trying to take it a bit easy, i’m aiming to go back tomorrow though, just scale the weights a bit and eat a load of nurofen
