		<description>Well done to James and Louise who got their first taste of Cindy today. It&#039;s a tough WOD but the guys kept the intensity up and battled through. James picked a tough WOD to start back to after a week away. Louise was particularly impressive taking it on as RX. When you learn to Kip there&#039;ll be no holding you back.

I did this on my own, abeit with Will, Dan and James(arrived midway through)watching/coaching - 5 mins in and all I could think was FML</description>
