  2. ah weren’t nothing but a peanut ;) hmm peanuts.

    I got my 36kg kettlebell last night too. I was kinda wrecked after the squats and Colm killing me with a metcon so I didn’t go crazy with it. Did a triple with it and decided I better leave it at that. Wow 4kg makes a big difference. It was alot harder than swinging the 32.
