awesome video
Hilarious…
Will check out that video later.
Question for those who know about cars. My car is shagged after driving though a large section of flooded road yesterday. My car is really sluggish today zero acceleration and it cut out a few times. Will this fix itself or do I need to do anything?
Maybe it just cant handle all that extra weight on board
If the elite squad (aka old & fat squad) are training at 12 could you have a look around the gym and see if I left my weightlifting shoes there. I couldn’t find them this morning.
Eamonn you may have got a bit of water in the air filter which won’t help it at all im not sure if that would effect the acceleration though but it would cause it to cut out .
Eamonn I saw your shoes there on Friday night, might have been Sat morning though. One of the bottom gear shelves, black doowins.
exceelent
Eamonn(aka the shoeless salad wonder),
I’ve taken your shoes hostage for that elite squad dig, I’m considering their future at the moment. I’m considering giving them to some hobo in the square.
I can’t squat without my shoes! I’d feel naked.
start wearing pants and you wont mind the lack of shoes

Great time Tony, after I’d finished I was trying to figure out where I could cut 1:30 off my time, I’m guessing the running is the only place I can possibly cut some time.
Nice job Tony!!! Puttin’ in the hurt!
Savage time tony. Congrats on the gym record.
Cheers Pixie,
Those 400s suck alright, especially the last one.
I’ve a feelin’ it won’t be a record for too long with all those quick, strong(and young) mofos up the gym now LOL
