I am in a lot of pain from those push ups!
I don’t feel too bad from them this time. One of the many..and I do mean many benefits of regular benchin’.
My left arm is in tatters. I’ve got completely out of the routine of doing push ups in every CF session. 12 minutes, I was 3 mins faster when I did them previously American Pscho style in my suit in work.
rotator cuffs are on fire! thank god it’s situps today
